CLUBHOUSE OVERVIEW

Surrounded by gentle fields of rolling hills and overshadowed by a grove of aged oak and collections of pines and evergreens, this 40,000 square-foot clubhouse artfully adorns the landscape like a neoclassical jewel. Unpretentious and invitingly familiar without being old fashioned, this skillfully designed multipurpose clubhouse combines the understated elegance of old Virginia architecture with a series of welcoming interior elements. Immaculate, well-ordered spaces offer comfortable areas amenable to socializing or attending to business matters all in a relaxed setting.

The clubhouse exemplifies the lofty standards demanded by the membership. The steel framed brick & stone veneer facility is made up of three distinct components, each with an individual entrance, yet linked together by a series of landscaped terraces. Well-planned circulation along the open spine connects the main building with the gentlemen & ladies’ facilities.

The main building houses the grand lobby, reception areas, libraries, a fitness center and two dining areas. A commercial kitchen serves the dining areas from the lower level by way of a vertical service core. The men’s facilities houses lounging areas, a billiard and card room, locker and sitting rooms and has its own distinct lobby adjacent to an entry surrounded by a grand courtyard. The beautifully appointed women’s lounge includes a card room, locker and sitting room and a private full-service spa. The woman’s lounge, thoughtfully positioned, provides an inviting view overlooking the lake and the 18th hole.

The clubhouse has been designed to evoke an atmosphere of ultimate success. Whether for dining or socializing in a relaxed or formal setting, the clubhouse at Foster’s Farm sets a tone of well-being, from its gracious halls within to its romantic and richly landscaped terrace and garden outside areas outside.
